SMS Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026 · This policy applies to our room availability SMS program.

Information collected

When you choose SMS updates, we collect the name and mobile number you provide. We also retain a consent record: the time of signup, the form location, the exact consent wording and its version, and a reference number. Messages and preference changes handled through our texting system may also be recorded. Please do not submit resident medical details to this program.

How information is used

We use program information to manage subscriptions, send the updates you requested, respond to questions, process unsubscribe requests, and document consent. Our website also uses hashed network-derived identifiers to limit abusive form submissions; raw IP addresses are not saved in SMS signup records.

No sale or third-party marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties for their marketing or advertising. Service providers that host our website or deliver messages, including ClickSend, may process information only as needed to operate this program. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Access and retention

Signup records are available through our protected owner dashboard, not on public website pages. We retain program records as reasonably needed to administer preferences, document consent, resolve requests, or meet applicable obligations. We may retain limited suppression information to avoid sending further messages after an opt-out.

Your choices

You can request to stop texts by replying STOP to a program message. For help, reply HELP, call 916-333-1645, or email support@adonaicares.com. Contact the same team to ask about your information, correct your number, withdraw consent, or request deletion. We may need to verify your request and retain records where appropriate.
