Assistant Director

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for company.

work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.

Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

develop plans and programs that serve the best interest of the company.

over see budgets, and ensuring the day-to-day business runs smoothly. 

Reports to : Director 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor in human services  or Bachelor in Business Management 

or 3 to 5 years experience in Management position 

Experience running a caregiving business or Management position in a health care company.

Caregivers

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication and some housework. Transport individuals to and from appointment. Provide care in a group home setting or private home. Document and report any changes in client's health status. Ensure highest client safety and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

CPR

First Aid 

Article-9 

Prevention and Support 

Finger print Clearance Card 

High school diploma 

REQUIREMENTS 

Must have experience working with the elderly and/or with children (specifically teenagers).

Caregiver's licence.

Experience and knowledge working with patients who have chronic and acute conditions. 

Ability to solve problems quickly.

Must be able to lift 40lbs.
